Your agents. Your services. Your rules.

Connectors are being built. This is how your AI agents will work with services you already use, for example for appointments, contacts or documents: you decide what a connector may see and do, and you can disconnect it at any time.

01 ·Data and purpose

What the connectors use.

A connector is the link between the agents of your instance and a third-party service. It only accesses data that you grant when connecting, and only for the functions you use.

Reading

Data
Content from the connected service that you grant, for example events, contacts or documents.
What for
Your agents use it for the tasks you give them, for example to propose times or to answer questions.

Writing and sending

Data
Changes in the connected service, such as a new entry or a message.
What for
Only if the connector supports it and you allow it. You approve sending, changing and deleting one by one by default.

Access

Data
The authorisation the service issues when you connect.
What for
The connector uses it to retrieve data on your behalf. We use it for nothing else.
02 ·Rules

Enable first, then connect.

A connector is only connected once the owner of your instance has enabled it, and only with the rights it needs for its functions. An agent cannot connect a connector itself or give itself further rights. Retrieved data ends up in your instance, not in another customer's.

03 ·Ending the connection

You can disconnect at any time.

You can disconnect a connector at any time. After that, it no longer retrieves data. With many services you can also revoke access in your account there.

04 ·Privacy

How we handle data.

Connectors are being built. Before you can connect an account, we will describe in the privacy policy exactly how solvicy.hosting processes data from connected accounts.
